Register as a Part 24 Facility Operator

This page provides an overview of the processes, tasks and forms required for registering a Transportation Service Provider (TSP) as a Part 24 Facility Operator. Information on registering a Part 24 facility can be found on the Gas Bulletin Board registration pages.

Category and classification

To confirm you are registering as a participant in the correct category, visit Gas Market Participants.

If a facility has only one TSP, the TSP must register as the Part 24 Facility Operator; it must also register the facility as a Part 24 facility. If more than one TSP owns, operates or controls a transportation facility, then they must jointly appoint a responsible TSP, who must register as the Part 24 Facility Operator and register the facility as a Part 24 facility.
